Job Description
9 y4 a* o6 i% a6 O. EThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

) H; L9 m% e T/ V3 ^Job Responsibilities: + X G8 o7 A1 u3 `! o3 m8 \. H
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. V: h2 M5 |9 B& S, l
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. . {! S: R( L2 j
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 0 e% l) E; h p6 z2 R) {- ~; a
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
2 Z8 E3 s4 E% A' i/ G; o- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. " D5 H) a$ M7 L# ~! X e
- Maintain daily production records.
5 s% ] T9 ?2 v1 R; A! Q/ o0 Q- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills
