The following are the documents we require:

3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
8 q0 C+ G7 W* f+ M( }; o4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
6 B. J4 b0 E  ^% B- W" Jbill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
! ?8 A5 \& v8 g+ a5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
into Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
ticket etc.);
