Job Description
1 j- |6 R" l6 ]The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 3 \+ E1 L1 G3 ~- P- e
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
Q) g7 B! J* f2 W' h0 e- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. 4 P# a! ^7 J6 I) e$ I) d* _
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. + \; w9 s7 L$ ]0 L

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
