Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
  P# _- {2 `6 [8 e) o  A% I  h        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      4 o0 g/ n) Z5 ?5 l$ Y
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day5 G7 G& m0 z+ q  `+ c+ D
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week8 x2 o& k. L4 ]& |% L; \* [' F( P
   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
