The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
; k  J4 @% y. ]& }+ V1 p- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
$ n# G, x* h- N! ?+ n( P- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
0 ^* L9 Q2 M4 Z) F' v- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
) T1 G: {0 W' J' L' `1 g& q8 Y( k- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.


Qualifications:
8 ~+ e3 p( s( v) G2 z- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
- Likes dealing with people
