Job Description
5 V/ H1 C" A: }. b/ c( k$ NThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 9 c/ Z9 H/ c0 W- d Z8 ]! E( u
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
7 ~) T8 D/ U( [3 E- {- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. % R7 ?2 I5 {" Y2 T5 [, B4 [) l
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
