OSAP交学费疑问

我是大一新生，申请了OSAP，OSAP网站上已经同意给我funding了。我现在有两个疑惑：
& w8 J5 [/ P; s7 R& u* O1、OSAP的钱是直接打到我的银行账户上吗？还是学校扣掉了学费的部分再打到我账上？
) W2 _- d' ]! E; Q; |2、学校的学费的due date是8月15日，而OSAP上说第一笔钱要9月10号才能给我，我需要跟学校申请deferment吗？
